Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

The Inside Scoop:

1/2 Cup Gluten Free Oats

1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Hemp Milk

1 Tablespoon Flax Seeds [milled]

1 Tablespoon Hemp Hearts

1 Tablespoon Mamma Chia Seeds

1 Teaspoon Maca Powder

1 Teaspoon Green Coffee Powder

1/4 Cup Diced Organic Apples

1-2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a mug, cover and store in the refrigerator overnight! In the morning uncover and waahlaa! Creamy, delicious, and nutritious breakfast on the go! Heat it up or enjoy it cold! I promise this breakfast will pack a nutrition punch that will keep you fueled and focused through the morning!
