The Inside Scoop:
¼ cup Frozen Blackberries
2 Tablespoons Frozen Blueberries
1 Frozen Banana
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder [Skinny Gut]
1 Teaspoon Green Coffee Powder
1 Tablespoon Flax Seeds [milled]
Splash of Almond Milk [Unsweetened]
Decorate and Enjoy :)

Hello everyone! I'm sorry I have been MIA the past couple of days! With the addition of work being busy, I did make some poor food/drink choices that put me a little under the weather! Life is all about choices and having no regrets. There is always going to be a time when you have to sacrifice your kale salad for a burger and a beer, and that is okay. Life is about treating your body well 98% of the time and the remaining 2% is for the "can't pass up good times" that can be associated with not eating well. But never-the-less, here is a kick-butt smoothie to start off your Thursday [or any day!] that I hope you like and have time to try! Also, if you have no yet tried these Lara Bars, I highly recommend them! They have tons of different flavored bars with extremely short ingredients lists made with whole foods! You just can't find that everywhere these days!
