"Edit your life frequently and ruthlessly. It is your masterpiece after all."

Happy Thursday! aka. Happy Almost Friday!

When you feel like you are getting sick, what do you do?? You fight! This smoothie is meant to combat seasonal allergies and/or just hydrate the body so it feels the best is can! By adding Coco-Hydro you can add a non-synthetic, non-isolate, whole nutrient alternative to your smoothie or water!

Coco-Hydro is high in the 5 essential electrolytes your thirsty cells, and heart love; Potassium, Calcium, Sodium, Manganese and Magnesium. It sounds like a no-brainer to me!
