Happy Monday!
Back to the grind after a relaxing weekend! Here is a simple and quick smoothie to get yourself back into a routine for the week! Build yourself up on Monday in order to propel yourself through the week with success!

The Inside Scoop:
6 Frozen Strawberries
1 Frozen Banana
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder [Skinny Gut]
Splash of Unsweetened Almond Milk [Vanilla]
1Tablespoon flax seed [milled]
1 Teaspoon Green Coffee Powder
Toppings:
3 Unfrozen Strawberries
6 Slices Unfrozen Banana
Sprinkle of Hemp Hearts
Half a hand full of Walnuts [Organic]
Whether it is a goal from last week, a goal from last month, a goal from last night, or a brand new idea you had this morning; create a goal and crush it this week! Knock it out of the park! Or, if you have already begun, at least make headway on something that is already in progress! Do something to make yourself feel pride, feel confident, and most importantly, happy!
