Happy Friday everyone! It is a rainy day on the island but I thought I would try to brighten up the day with this confetti topped smoothie bowl! Its packed full of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidant galore!

The Inside Scoop:

1 Frozen Banana

4 Frozen Strawberries

¼ cup Frozen Blueberries

1 Tablespoon Flax Seed [milled]

1 Teaspoon Green Coffee Powder

1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

Combine all ingredients until silky and smooth :) Decorate and Enjoy!

Toppings and decor:

3 Sliced, unfrozen strawberries

4 Unfrozen, blueberries

Unsweetened coconut flakes

Hemp Hearts

Superfood Trail Mix (Goji | Mulberry | Goldenberry

Mamma Chia seeds
