Make a masterpiece out of today, starting with your very first moments! Happy Tuesday, and happy smoothie making!

The finished Product- The Case of the Tuesday's

The inside scoop:

6 Frozen Strawberries

1 Frozen Medium Banana

1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

1 Tablespoon Flax Seeds (milled)

1 Teaspoon Green Coffee Powder (Ethiopian Super Food)

½ cup of Almond Milk

1 scoop Protein Powder (Skinny Gut)

Add all ingredients and blend on high until silky and smooth

Toppings:

Hemp hearts

Chia seeds

Walnuts for decoration (but they were definitely eaten!)

¼ Fresh, unfrozen banana

Black Coffee is optional, but encouraged! : )
